We are a patient centered, busy, multi-specialty reconstructive dentistry practice providing high-quality personalized care (no selling) including:

Perio surgery (non-surgical & surgical)
Endodontics
Oral surgery
Implant placement & restorative
Crown & bridge (simple to complex)
General dentistry
IV sedation (state-certified anesthesia facility)
Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the daily clinical functions of the practice, supporting two doctors plus one full time hygienist and ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care.

Chairside assisting in multiple specialties (general, perio, endo, oral surgery, implants)
Organizing and managing daily patient care activities and workflows.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Supporting the team with excellent time management, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. This is a a practice where the doctors and staff are involved with the day to day operations and really take personal pride in their work environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of strong dental office experience required
Proficiency in general dentistry and specialty procedures (perio, endo, oral surgery, implants)
Experience with IV sedation care preferred but not mandatory
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow with the practice
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $26.00 – $29.00/hour (based on experience & skill set)
