We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice serving a diverse community. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values high-quality care, teamwork, and a positive clinical environment. Our practice includes general dentistry with a multi-doctor, private-office setting, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and contribute to excellent patient experiences.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive oral care and patient education while supporting the overall success of the clinical team. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend 1 hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough, individualized treatment and education. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, taking and reviewing radiographs, documenting clinical findings, and reinforcing proper home care techniques. You may also assist with intraoral imaging, digital scanning, and other diagnostic support as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of varying ages and needs. Familiarity with Dentrix, DEXIS, Intraoral Camera, iTero, X-rays - Digital, X-rays - Film, and Lasers is highly valued. Experience using these tools to support efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and quality patient care will be an asset in this position.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a calm, organized, and welcoming treatment environment. A college-level education in dental hygiene and current licensure are expected. The right candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong chairside manner, and a team-oriented approach to care.
