LOCATION
Los Angeles, CASchedule: Monday–Thursday, ~9:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasional Fri training). No weekends.

About the Role
We’re located in Los Angeles, Our office is technology-forward private practice using digital X-rays, iTero scanner, CBCT, and AI-assisted diagnostics. If you’re an energetic team player with sharp chairside and communication skills, you’ll fit right in.
Core Responsibilities
• Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, surgical, and restorative procedures.
• Room prep &; turn-over: proper tray setups, instruments, and equipment staged before/during each procedure.
• Sterilization &; maintenance: maintain instruments, equipment, ops, and chairs.
• Radiography: take digital X-rays the doctor can diagnose from on first pass.
• Impressions &; whitening: alginate impressions for diagnostic models
• Patient experience: chairside communication that’s warm, clear, and confidence-building (this is not front-desk calling/scheduling).
What this role is NOT: no insurance filing, no supply management. This is a clinically focused position.
Essential Skills ; Qualities
• Excellent clinical assisting and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of general and cosmetic dentistry workflows.
• Proficiency with digital X-rays, alginate impressions, chairside whitening, and clinical charting,
• Attention to detail; organized and reliable.
• Friendly, mature, calm under pressure; solves problems without drama; puts the patient first and supports the team.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
• Experience with iTero/Invisalign.
