Experience & Skills Required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Dental Office Management experience is REQUIRED.
Software: Excellent computer skills; must be able to learn and use Open Dental, Flex, Weave, Sunbit, Cherry etc.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of dental terminology and coding is essential.
Treatment Sales: Proven ability to present and sell treatment plans effectively.
Core Responsibilities
Patient Advocacy & Treatment Sales: Expertly explain clinical findings and dental terminology to patients. You will be responsible for closing treatment plans by helping patients navigate their insurance and financial options.
Systems Management: Utilize Open Dental, Flex, and Weave to maintain a seamless, paperless workflow.
Team Leadership: Maintain a positive, motivated culture. You will be the point person for problem-solving and ensuring the daily schedule remains productive and well-organized.
Operational Excellence: Manage insurance coding, billing, and follow-ups with high attention to detail to ensure the practice’s financial health.
What We Are Looking For
Dental Expertise: Deep knowledge of dental terminology, coding, and PPO insurance is a must.
Tech-Savvy: You should be highly comfortable with modern dental software (Open Dental experience is a huge plus).
