The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, and helping drive production and growth within the practice.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
-Create a positive, high-performance, team-oriented culture
-Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
-Manage patient relations and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
-Oversee insurance processes, collections, and office performance metrics
-Support treatment acceptance and help patients move forward with care
-Coach team members and hold accountability to office systems and goals
-Assist with hiring, training, and staff development

Qualifications:

-Previous dental management experience required
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Confident, organized, and solution-oriented
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
-Strong understanding of dental office operations and patient experience
-Sales-minded with the ability to help drive treatment acceptance and practice growth
-High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
