Patient Coordinator (Check in)

Due to our growing practice we are now in search for a Full Time Patient Coordinator needed with a MINIMUM OF 3-year DENTAL front office experience. We are an expanded state-of-the-art general practice that is looking to add an outstanding front-office patient coordinator to our amazing team! This will be for our office at 6922 West Rayford #100 Spring, Tx 77389. If you have a strong work ethic, love interacting with people, and have a compassionate heart for helping people then you may be our ideal candidate! Do you excel at communication with patients? Do you desire to work with a team that truly focuses on top-notch customer service? If so, we would love to speak to you! This is a 4.5 day (half day on Fridays) per week position that requires confidence and compassion when greeting our patients. The hours for this position is Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 & Friday 7:30-:1:30. The ideal patient coordinator must have a warm friendly smile and an outgoing personality to welcome our patients as they arrive for their appointments. The ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented in dental insurance verification, and be customer service driven is a must. Dentrix experience is a highly preferred!
