Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining optimal oral health for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing thorough dental cleanings and assessments, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and tailored home care regimens
- Taking x-rays and assisting in the development of comprehensive treatment plans
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area
- Collaborating with dentists and staff to ensure the highest standard of dental care

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- A valid dental hygiene license (state-specific) and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and educate them about oral health
- Proficiency in using Dentrix dental software and possessing a keen eye for detail
- A caring and professional demeanor, with an emphasis on teamwork and patient comfort

Working Environment:

We prioritize the health and safety of our team and patients. Therefore, we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, masks, and shoe covers, ensuring a safe working environment amidst ongoing health concerns.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-68, commensurate with experience.
