Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our established dental team in a full-time capacity. Our practice has proudly served the Naperville and Aurora area for over 30 years and is known for delivering exceptional patient care through education, personalized attention, and the latest dental technology. We are a general, multi-specialty, multi-doctor, and private practice committed to a high standard of clinical excellence in a welcoming, professional environment.

This role is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with a 45–60 minute lunch break. Our office is closed on weekends, supporting a consistent and balanced work schedule. Parking is available in a convenient parking lot for staff and visitors.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive hygiene care one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on quality treatment and patient education. Appointment times are generally 60 minutes for adult patients, approximately 90 minutes for new patients, and 30–50 minutes for children. You will have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while contributing to preventive care and overall oral health outcomes.

Responsibilities include performing dental hygiene procedures, reviewing medical and dental histories, taking and interpreting radiographs as appropriate, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential. Candidates must have a valid license to practice dental hygiene in the state, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Proficiency with dental office systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software is required. A strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic technique is also important.

We provide the necessary PPE, including disposable gowns, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support a safe clinical environment.
