Dental Assistant II

Overview ~
We are seeking a FRIENDLY Dental Assistant to join our WELL ESTABLISHED PRIVATE practice 3.5 days a week assisting Dr. Neubauer. The ideal candidate will put patients at ease with a KIND and CARING demeanor. We value an employee interested in forming lasting relationships with our patients.
Our practice is laid back, FUN and very personalized. We are FLEXIBLE about days off. Our doctors are HONEST, RESPECTFUL and a pleasure to work with!
Responsibilities ~
*Prepare treatment rooms & sterilize instruments.
*Review medical history.
*Take quality dental x-rays, PANS, and dental impresssions.
*Assist dentist with basic procedures including crown preps.
*Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care instructions
*Maintain standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines and HIPAA regulations
*Restock dental supplies.
*Support coworkers with sterilization & assist other dentists, if needed.
Experience ~
2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred).
Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
Schedule~
Tues 7:45 - 5:00, Lunch 1:00 -2:00
Wed 7:45 - 5:00, Lunch 1:00 - 2:00
Thurs 7:15-2:30, Lunch 11:30 - 12:00
Every other Friday 7:15 - 2:30
Pay ~
$20-25/hour based on experience + PAID Holidays + PAID Vacation + 401K MATCH+ Dental benefits for FAMILY+ daily grab bag BONUS+ Birthday + Christmas + uniform $100/yr + CPR re-certification!!
