Dental Assistant in Allen, TX

We are a privately owned, general dental practice with a single doctor and a close-knit team of about 6 to 8 long-term staff members. We value teamwork, support, and a welcoming environment. Our goal is to make the workday manageable, especially for someone new to the practice, by offering guidance and a helping hand when needed.

This full-time position is ideal for someone with a high school education who is dependable, friendly, and eager to learn. Duties may include assisting with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, setting up and breaking down operatories, taking impressions or digital scans as directed, and supporting the doctor during procedures. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important.
