RESPONSIBILITIES:

RELATIONSHIPS: Build long-term relationships with patients in any conversation. Dependable point of contact for patients
TREATMENT PLANS: Prepare and discuss treatment plans with patients, proactively overcome barriers to care with empathy, creativity and win-win financial arrangements. Diligent follow-up with patients on not yet accepted treatment plans.
RECORD DETAILS: Detailed record keeping of all communication, notes, documents.
FINANCIAL: Manage insurance claims, account receivables for patients and insurance.
FULL-TIME position
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years experience required as Financial / Treatment Coordinator.
COMMUNICATION: Effective communicator and educator in guiding patients to accept treatment plans with a win-win solution.
ORGANIZATION: Highly organized, detail oriented, enjoys improving efficiency.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Own your role and follow through consistently, thrives in a culture of personal accountability.
PROACTIVE: Solution oriented mindset, thinks ahead of the problem and enjoys making things more efficient.
MANAGEMENT: Management experience preferred, not required.
TECH SAVVY: Enjoys improving systems or learning new systems (ex. Open Dental Software)
TEAM: Team-focused, team player and adaptable.
COMPENSATION & HOURS

Based on experience
Full-time position

Mon/Tues/Fri 8-5pm, Wed/Thurs 9-6pm
