Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour ($1200 employment acceptance bonus)

Part Time or Full Time Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist – Preferably someone with dental experience.

Information Hygienists Want to Know!
• We have a hygiene assistant! - NOT assisted hygiene! We simply want our hygienists to have support in order for them to have a balanced day at work!
• Nomad cameras with sensors - We have five, so our hygienists are never without one!
• Additional up-to-date technology - Bola (voice activated perio charting), intraoral cameras in every room, 3D & digital imaging, Pearl 2nd Opinion AI software, diode lasers, etc.
• New instruments regularly along with frequent sharpening services - Open to purchasing instruments you prefer.
• Patient scheduling:
o Prophy and Perio Maintenance: 1 hour.
o SRP: 2-hour appt for half mouth.
o New Patient: Hygienist sees patient for 1 hour to take BWX, CBCT, perio chart, prophy (if applicable), then patient moves to doctor side where assistant finishes FMX, inputs existing restorations, and does exam with the doctor. No running behind on large treatment plans!
• Exams that are timely and happen during the cleaning - Our doctors are hygiene-focused and don’t want us running behind by having us wait around for them at the end of the appointment!
• Our doctors pursue an open-door policy – They genuinely welcome open discussion and criticism. They encourage time off and are extremely supportive of life situations such as sick kids, pregnancy/maternity leave, medical appointments, or any other event that could arise.
• NOT required to clock out when your patient cancels.
• Established Perio Program.
• Monthly Hygiene and Team Meetings (with lunch provided) – We value open lines of communication and making changes when we need to!
• Lunch – 30 minutes.

Office Work Hours:
• Monday-Tuesday: 8:15AM-6:30PM
• Wednesday-Friday: 6:15-2:30PM
