Las Vegas, NVWe’re seeking a skilled, patient-focused dental hygienist to join a dynamic, fast-growing dental organization committed to high-quality care and a supportive team culture. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed RDH with at least 1 year of experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier smiles.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and patient education while supporting a wide range of dental services across General Dentistry, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and multi-doctor practices. You’ll work with PPO and corporate-style operations that value efficiency, consistency, and a strong commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is comfortable delivering thorough hygiene services, performing cleanings, taking and reviewing radiographs as appropriate, reviewing oral health concerns with patients, and communicating treatment recommendations in a clear and compassionate way.
We are looking for someone who can contribute to a culture of caring—someone who makes patients feel comfortable, respected, and valued from the moment they arrive. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with patients are essential. You should also be confident working as part of a larger team and adaptable in a fast-paced setting where quality care and professionalism go hand in hand.
