We are seeking a dependable and motivated dental hygiene professional to join our busy, high-volume general dentistry practice as we continue to grow. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, families, and seniors.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services while helping maintain a positive and efficient patient experience. You will typically see two patients at a time in separate rooms, spending about one hour with each patient. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a practice that serves a consistent flow of both new and established patients.

Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, digital X-rays, and patient education, as well as assisting with preventive care and treatment planning. Experience with Open Dental, intraoral cameras, iTero, NOMAD Pro, and digital radiography is preferred. You should also be comfortable working with a supportive clinical team in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

We are looking for someone with 1–5 years of experience and a college-level education who brings professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic to the role. Because this practice is part of a larger, established dental organization, you will benefit from experienced administrative and clinical support, strong operational systems, and opportunities for professional growth.

This role includes a 1-hour lunch break and access to available parking in a shopping center parking lot. For your safety and comfort, the office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks.

Compensation for this full-time opportunity is $50–$55 per hour, along with PTO and a 401(k) benefit.
