Full Time Hygienist Needed

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join a welcoming, patient-focused general dentistry practice. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, performing cleanings, periodontal charting, patient education, and assisting in the maintenance of a smooth and efficient clinical schedule. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on individualized care and strong patient relationships. Appointment times are typically 1 hour for established patients and 1.5 hours for new patients. Our scheduling is designed to support quality care, attention to detail, and a calm clinical flow. Lunch breaks are 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We value professionalism, reliability, and a warm chairside manner. The right candidate will be comfortable educating patients on oral health, reinforcing treatment recommendations, and helping create a comfortable experience for each person who visits the practice. A college-level educational background in dental hygiene is required.

This full-time position offers competitive pay at $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PTO, sick days, paid holidays, 401(k), and dental care. Parking is available in the lot behind the practice for added convenience.
