Compensation: $300,000–$400,000+ annually (production-based; guarantee available for the right candidate)
About the Role
We’re seeking a patient-focused, efficient general dentist comfortable with molar endodontics and a same-day treatment mindset. You’ll join a busy practice with strong patient flow, supportive team members, and systems designed to help you produce at a high level while providing excellent care.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and present treatment confidently and ethically
Perform molar RCTs (preferred) and manage endo cases efficiently
Deliver same-day dentistry when appropriate (fillings, crowns, extractions, endo, limited Implant restorative if applicable)
Provide high-quality restorative and comprehensive care
Collaborate with a well-trained clinical and front office team
What We’re Looking For
DDS/DMD (licensed or license-eligible in Texas
Experience in general dentistry; strong clinical speed and quality
Minimum 4 years experience.
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated
