full-time RDA in the Spring Branch area

We are a High-End, Fast Growing Cosmetic Practice looking for AMAZING TEAM members.

We currently have an open position for a full-time RDA in the Spring Branch area.

We are a small team with a family spirit, we genuinely like each other and go out of our way to help our teammates, our patients, and our awesome doctor.

We enjoy a great reputation in the community and WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING ASSISTANT- After all our assistant is the person that best connects with our patients and helps them feel at easy while in the dental chair.

We are a low volume team that deals with more elective and cosmetic procedures.

Bilingual Spanish preferred

2+ years experience preferred

A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).

Conflict resolution experience. We like to get along, and we love our patients and our team. We are looking for someone who can spot a potential problem and resolve it before it becomes an issue.

Desire to grow, Honesty, and an ability to always see room for improvement within one's own performance.

MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and document well.

Customer service and patient relations experience.

We work around 35 hours per week and we run on time. If you are chronically 5 min late, don't apply.
