We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to become an integral part of our private, solo dentist practice. With a focus on exceptional patient care and conservative dentistry, we aim to help our kind patients achieve better oral health, alleviate pain, and enhance their dental aesthetics.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will enjoy the benefit of working one-on-one with patients in a supportive environment. We pride ourselves on having a patient population eager to learn about their dental care. Your role will be crucial in not only providing high-quality dental hygiene services but also in educating patients on maintaining their oral health at home.
Key responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, fluoride applications, and delivering patient education. You will have the opportunity to utilize advanced technology such as intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and the NOMAD Pro. Your skills in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Local Anesthesia administration, and same-day sealants will be essential, as you manage patient comfort and ensure effective treatment.
We provide a nurturing work environment with free underground parking for our staff. Your safety is our priority, and we supply essential personal protective equipment (PPE) including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our practice values your time, offering a 15-minute paid break every four hours and the option for an extended lunch break.
To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed and registered Dental Hygienist in Minnesota with a passion for patient care. We are looking to fill this full-time position immediately as we continue to grow and expand our services. In addition to a competitive hourly rates based on experience, we offer benefits including paid time off and dental care.
