Associate General Dentist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a well-established, full-time clinical team serving patients who value both their oral health and overall wellbeing. This position is available due to the current general dentist being on maternity leave, and it offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The practice includes a broad scope of services across general dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery, with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment planning and long-term patient relationships. Our team operates within both single-doctor and multi-doctor practice settings, and we welcome candidates who are comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We primarily serve PPO and private patients, with an emphasis on personalized care, clear communication, and strong clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and a solid background in restorative dentistry and oral surgery including wisdom teeth extractions. You should have a DMD or DDS and at least 5 year experience. You should be confident performing a range of general dental procedures, able to assess patient needs thoroughly, and dedicated to delivering conservative, ethical care. Experience in holistic or wellness-oriented practice settings is a plus, especially for those who appreciate a comprehensive approach to dentistry that considers the connection between oral health and general wellbeing. Candidates should be open to learning and make changes according to holistic protocols.

This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable educating patients on treatment options and preventive care. Strong interpersonal skills are important, as is the ability to work efficiently while ensuring each patient feels heard and respected.

We provide disposable gowns, goggles, and regular masks to support a safe clinical environment. Parking is available on the 5th floor for added convenience. Compensation is negotiable and will be discussed based on experience, clinical skill set, and overall fit.
