We are an expanding, fast-paced dental office seeking a Dental Insurance/Financial Coordinator to join our team!
About the Role:
As our Insurance/Financial Coordinator, you will play a key role in patient care and practice success. You'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable resource helping patients understand their insurance benefits and treatment costs. You’ll also work closely with insurance companies, our clinical team, and our patients to ensure a smooth financial experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answering and routing phone calls
Verifying dental insurance benefits and financial eligibility
Creating accurate treatment plans
Following up with insurance companies
Managing patient records and coordinating patient flow
Helping patients understand their financial obligations and payment options
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Cheerful, friendly, and compassionate
Detail-oriented and organized
Highly effective at communication — both verbal and written
Experienced in dental insurance and financial coordination
Patient, professional, and efficient under pressure
