Looking for RDA or CDA assistant
LOCATION
Grandville, MIWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our general dental practice, which has proudly served the community since January 1971. This is a great opportunity to become part of an innovative office with long-term staff and a fun, supportive working environment. Our practice is growing, and we are looking for a reliable team member who enjoys helping patients and contributing to a smooth daily workflow.
The ideal candidate must be x-ray certified and comfortable working in a busy general dentistry setting. Experience with Eaglesoft, Sirona, and CAD/CAM is preferred. We prefer at least 2 years of experience, but we are also happy to work with new graduates who are eager to learn and grow. An RDA or CDA is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting patient care, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment and sterilization, and assisting hygiene. We provide essential PPE and Lab coats.
Benefits include PTO, free dental care, possible insurance, and a 3% 401(k) match after 1 year, uniform allowance. Compensation depends on experience. Lunch break is from Noon to 1 pm, and parking is available in back of the building.
