Advanced Dental Arts is a privately owned dental practice in Somerset, NJ, seeking a friendly and dependable part-time dental hygienist.
We believe quality care should never feel rushed. Our hygienists work a single-column schedule and typically receive 60–75 minutes for preventive appointments, allowing time for thorough care, patient education, documentation and genuine patient relationships.
We are looking for a licensed New Jersey hygienist who is personable, professional, team-oriented and committed to clinical excellence. Experience with periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, digital radiographs and patient education is preferred. One to two years of experience is preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome to apply.
Schedule: Approximately 2–3 days per week, about 5 clinical hours per day (part time)
Compensation: $52–$58 per hour, based on experience
We offer competitive pay, paid sick leave, free on-site parking, generous appointment times, a supportive team and the potential for additional hours as the practice grows. This position may eventually transition to full-time, with potential eligibility for PTO, medical insurance and a 401(k).
