Pediatric RDH

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate dental hygienist to join our pediatric dental team in a modern, fully digital practice. Our office is built around making each visit positive, comfortable, and engaging for young patients, with a welcoming atmosphere that includes TVs, iPads, balloons, and fun toys throughout the practice.

This position is available due to the opening of a new location, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our high-energy, collaborative culture. We have a strong team environment with experienced assistants, advanced technology, and a well-organized workflow that helps create an efficient and enjoyable day. The practice uses digital systems and phosphor plates for x-rays, allowing for smooth clinical operations and streamlined patient care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach. Experience in pediatric prophylaxis and light scaling is preferred, though we are willing to train new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in pediatric dentistry. Since this role focuses on one patient at a time, you will have the ability to provide individualized care and help children feel comfortable throughout their appointment. Appointments are typically scheduled for about 30 minutes per patient, allowing for focused and attentive treatment.

This is a PT/FT position with flexibility for the right candidate. We are especially interested in professionals who are dependable, energetic, and excited to work with children. The schedule is ideal for someone seeking a consistent role in a thriving pediatric setting. A lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour is provided, and parking is available on-site for convenience.

We offer competitive compensation of $55–$65 per hour based on experience, along with PTO, sick time for full-time staff, and medical benefits. For safety and comfort, the office supplies disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
