Your Role: As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in their experience with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and checking in patients
Answering patient phone calls
Coordinating patient care
What Success Looks Like:
Providing top-notch care at the patient's highest point of need
Fostering a positive work environment for staff
Ensuring a seamless and pleasant patient experience
Location: We are conveniently located 10 minutes north of Downtown Austin.
