part time or full time hygienist for modern state of art family practice

We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a well-established state of the art private practice. Customer service and patient care is our utmost priority. With a relaxing work and "spa like" facility this is a great opportunity for a perfect job! This part time or full time opportunity is available due to the retirement of our current hygienist, and we are looking for a dependable, compassionate professional who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients while delivering high-quality preventive care.

Our practice serves a broad range of needs, including general dentistry, multi-specialty care, single-doctor continuity, and a private-practice environment. We value a collaborative team culture, strong communication, and a calm, efficient approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a supportive clinical team.

In this role, you will provide typical hygiene duties, including dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as needed, patient education, oral health assessments, charting, and communicating findings clearly with the doctor and team. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend 60 minutes with adults, 30 minutes with children, and 90 minutes with new patients, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, quality care.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who can bring both clinical skill and a warm, professional presence to the office. A college-level education is expected, along with a commitment to excellent patient care and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting are important for success in this position.

This is a full-time schedule, working 8–4 without a formal lunch break. The doctor provides 15 minutes to eat in between patients, and if you need a full lunch break, one can be provided. Parking is available in the practice’s private parking lot for added convenience.

We offer a competitive salary of $48–$55 per hour with wage increases and bonus incentives, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical coverage, a 401(k), and dental benefits.
