We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our busy, multi-doctor private practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated clinician who values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is experienced and has a strong foundation in preventive care, periodontal therapy, patient education, and clinical excellence. You will provide comprehensive hygiene services, support treatment planning, and help patients achieve long-term oral health through education and preventive care.
Responsibilities:
Prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planing
Periodontal charting, radiographs, and oral health assessments
Accurate clinical documentation
Patient education and treatment discussions
Collaborating with doctors and team members to support patient care and practice growth
Qualifications:
Current Texas RDH license
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
Experience with cosmetic and restorative dentistry is a plus
