Dental Patient Coordinator
LOCATION
New Braunfels, TXđPremier Dental Center located in New Braunfels, TX is an established, state-of-the-art family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time.

đ Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5pm, Friday 8:15am-2pm
đ” Compensation: $20-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
*Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
*Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
*Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
*Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
*Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
*Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
*Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
Experience:
*1+ years of dental front office experience is required
*Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
*Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
*Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
