A respected, patient-focused dental office is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental hygiene professional to join our team on a full-time basis. We are a general practice with a single doctor and a PPO-based patient mix, providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to a broad range of patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health, confident in clinical skills, and committed to delivering a positive experience for every patient. You will play an important role in supporting the doctor and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as appropriate, taking and reviewing diagnostic radiographs, and documenting patient findings accurately and efficiently. You will also provide oral hygiene instruction, educate patients on preventive care, and help identify treatment needs in collaboration with the doctor. Additional duties may include assisting with sterilization protocols, maintaining organized clinical records, and supporting smooth day-to-day hygiene operations.

The right candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a warm, compassionate chairside manner. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to infection control, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
