Dentist Wanted for Busy Practice Bronx NY

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused dental professional to join our team in a full-time capacity within a busy, modern dental practice. Our office provides comprehensive care across a broad range of services, including general dentistry, Medicaid, PPO, and endodontic treatment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care, maintaining strong clinical standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

This role is best suited for a dentist with at least 2 years of experience in general practice who is confident managing routine and restorative procedures while supporting a diverse patient population. A strong foundation in general dentistry is essential, along with the ability to provide efficient, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Experience working with Medicaid and PPO plans is preferred, as is familiarity with endodontic procedures or a willingness to treat and refer appropriately based on clinical need.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive examinations, diagnosing oral health conditions, developing treatment plans, and carrying out preventive, restorative, and basic endodontic procedures. You will also educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and long-term maintenance of dental health. In addition, maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with dental assistants and administrative staff, and following evidence-based protocols are key parts of the position.
