Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in fostering patient relationships and promoting oral health. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive examinations of patients’ oral health.
- Performing dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planing.
- Educating patients on preventive care and maintaining optimal oral health practices.
- Taking and developing dental radiographs.
- Documenting patient care and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Preparing your treatment room for each patient and instruments sterilization.
- Calling recall patients when not busy with a patient.
- Help the office staff in maintenance of office.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of three years of experience in a dental hygienist role.
- A valid dental hygienist license.
- Knowledge of the latest dental hygiene techniques and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve our diverse patient community.

Work Environment:

Our state-of-the-art facility is designed with patient comfort and safety in mind. You will be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, spending approximately 40-50 minutes with each individual, ensuring you can provide personalized care. Additionally, enjoy a one-hour lunch break to recharge during your shift. We offer ample free parking available in the lot in front of the office for easy access.
