About this Job
We are seeking a patient-oriented orthodontic/dental assistant with a passion and enthusiasm for Invisalign as a treatment. This position helps dental patients complete their Invisalign treatment. In this role, you will be traveling to our various partner practices scanning dental patients within the Central and Northern New Jersey areas. This is a part-time role.
What you’ll be doing
Using an iTero Scanner to scan patients for either refinement aligners or retainers.
Providing clinical support to patients/dental staff, as needed.
What you’ll bring
Experience with Invisalign treatment plans in an orthodontic or dental practice
2+ years of Dental or Orthodontic Assisting experience preferred
Current New Jersey Orthodontic or Dental Assistant license (RDA), recommended but not required to scan with a 3D IntraOral Scanner.
Experience bonding attachments (desired) to train the practice staff on attachment placing, if needed.
