Financial Coordinator/Dental Assistant (DA/RDA)

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who can confidently present treatment and build trust with patients—while also excelling chairside and at the front desk. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating meaningful patient connections and guiding them through their treatment options

Hours: 7:40 a.m. – 4:40 p.m., Tuesday – Friday

Your main responsibility is to present treatment plans, answer patient questions, and guide patients through next steps with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Strong front desk and treatment presentation experience is required.

What You’ll Get

$35 – $45/hr (DOE) plus quarterly bonus potential
32-hour, four-day week: Tues- Fri, 7:40 a.m. – 4:40 p.m.

Provide exceptional customer service during all patient interactions
Deliver engaging treatment presentations, ensuring patients fully understand their options and feel supported in moving forward with care
Manage front desk operations and assist fellow team members as needed
Answer and triage incoming calls promptly and professionally
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Assist chairside in the back as needed to support the clinical team
