At a well-established, woman-owned dental practice in Omaha, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team. Our office has been a cornerstone of the Dundee neighborhood for over 70 years, and we pride ourselves on our patient-centric approach that emphasizes building lasting relationships. Under the leadership of Dr. Sand, we offer a warm, family-friendly environment and a commitment to educating our patients about their oral health options, empowering them to make the best decisions for their care.

As a critical member of our team, you will provide high-quality dental hygiene services while upholding the values of our practice. You will have the opportunity to see one patient at a time, allowing you to spend meaningful time with each individual. Typically, you will spend 60 minutes with routine prophylaxis patients, and up to 90 minutes with new patients and those requiring scaling and root planing (SRP). This focused approach ensures that our patients receive personalized care in a comfortable setting.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a valid license to practice Dental Hygiene in Nebraska. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we welcome individuals who are eager to contribute to our growth and success. We provide a supportive environment with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and scrub jackets to ensure your safety and comfort while performing your duties.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $45-$50, we offer comprehensive benefits, including paid time off (PTO), a 401K plan, dental benefits for you and your family, as well as support for continuing education and licensure renewal.
