Position: Dental Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Location: Frontier Family Dentistry – Bandera, Texas
Schedule: Flexible (Monday-Thursday 9:30AM - 2:30 PM)

Frontier Family Dentistry is seeking a reliable, friendly, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We’re a fun, supportive, and tight-knit practice that prides itself on delivering high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with the potential to grow from part-time into full-time based on availability and fit. Whether you’re looking for a few consistent days or ready to expand your schedule, we’re open to working with the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience with chairside assisting (general dentistry)

Ability to support a smooth patient experience from start to finish

Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization

Comfortable working with digital X-rays and dental software (preferred)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
