Strong perio diagnosis and documentation
Comfortable presenting SRP and maintenance therapy
Professional, polished communication
Ability to build long-term patient loyalty
Team-first mindset

Schedule
60-minute recare appointments
75-minute new patient appointments
Target production: $1,800–$2,000/day

Compensation
$55–$62+ per hour (based on experience)
Production bonus above daily target
Quarterly performance incentives
CE support
Stable schedule and quality patient base
