In this full-time position, you'll be the welcoming face as patients arrive, ensuring they feel at home right from the start. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, and assisting with treatment plans. Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset are essential in maintaining our high standards of service.
