Pediatric Dentist

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join our team in a full-time role supporting a busy, patient-centered practice serving a diverse mix of General, Pedodontics, Medicaid, PPO, and Private patients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values high-quality care, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office while helping create a positive experience for patients of all ages. Responsibilities will include assisting with daily clinical procedures, preparing and maintaining treatment areas, supporting infection control protocols, and ensuring that equipment and supplies are organized and readily available. You will also help communicate clearly with patients, anticipate provider needs, and uphold a professional, compassionate standard of care throughout every visit.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a dental office environment and be comfortable working with a wide range of patient needs and treatment plans. A college-level education is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a mixed-payer practice and familiarity with pediatric patients is a strong plus.

This position requires someone who is dependable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical setting. The office provides disposable gowns and goggles as part of its personal protective equipment to support proper workplace safety and infection prevention standards.

Compensation is offered on a percentage of production basis, reflecting the value of your contribution to the practice and the quality of care delivered. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and patient-focused environment.
