About the Role:
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting good oral hygiene. You will work closely with our team of dentists and dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients, ensuring they achieve optimal dental health. In this full-time position, you will typically see one patient at a time, spending a full 60 minutes with each, allowing you to engage deeply and provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments and cleanings, utilizing your expertise to identify areas of concern.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining their dental health.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized care plans that prioritize the well-being of our patients.
- Use Dentrix software for accurate patient records management and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental hygiene license in the state.
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
- Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to working with patients.
