What you will own:
Patient experience and front office excellence

Insurance and billing
Verify insurance and benefits before appointments
Answer billing questions and collect patient payments
Maintain accurate records and HIPAA compliance
Accounts receivable and follow through
Work aging AR consistently and strategically
Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and missing information
Track claims status, document actions, and escalate when needed
Improve collection rate and reduce days in AR over time
What we are looking for:
3 or more years of dental front office experience required
Strong AR and claims follow up experience required
Proficiency in Dentrix
Knowledge of billing, coding, collections, and insurance workflows preferred
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Bilingual is a plus
