Dental Hygienist – Full-Time | Private Practice | Excellent PTO + Benefits

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join a respected general, multi-doctor, private dental practice known for delivering high-quality care in a welcoming, modern setting. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values patient education, clinical excellence, and building long-term relationships with individuals and families.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care while working closely with experienced doctors and a supportive clinical team. You will perform thorough cleanings, periodontal assessments, radiographs, oral health education, and other routine hygiene procedures with a focus on comfort, trust, and consistency. Each appointment is scheduled thoughtfully so you can devote the time needed to deliver quality care and meaningful patient interaction.

This practice serves patients of all ages and offers a broad scope of dentistry, including general, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and sleep-related services. The environment is collaborative, professional, and centered on patient wellness. Team members are encouraged to grow their skills, contribute ideas, and maintain a high standard of care. The ideal candidate will have a current Illinois dental hygiene license and local anesthesia certification. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient education are essential. Schedule and compensation include a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $50–$60, based on experience.
