Dental Records Specialist

Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for professionals to join our motivated and ambitious team. Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward-thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. Our practices are located in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, Cumming, and Gainesville and are close to highways for easy commuting.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and complete records for patients in all of our practice locations
Scan documents and upload into electronic patient files
Protect the confidentiality of patients’ protected health information
Complete data entry tasks to ensure each patient’s account is updated
Audit patient paperwork for any incomplete or missing documents
Respond to inquiries regarding patient records or requests
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with dental or medical records is a plus
High degree of confidentiality to protect patient health information
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Effective time-management skills to successfully meet deadlines
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and Dentrix software is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention-to-detail
