About Us
We are a growing multi-specialty dental practice in Brookhaven, GA, recently acquired in January 2026. As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager for both our East Cobb and Brookhaven locations. Our practice provides comprehensive dental care in a modern, patient-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on comfort, efficiency, and quality.
Our office is equipped with the latest technology to support both our team and our patients, including dual TVs in each operatory, noise-canceling headphones, CBCT imaging, online scheduling, and paperless health history forms. Our goal is to redefine the dental experience and create a smooth, stress-free environment for everyone.
Position Details
Full-time position
Brookhaven Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Admin Half-Day
East Cobb (Marietta) Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday: Admin Half-Day
Competitive compensation based on experience. Multiple compensation structures are available and will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care
* Lead, support, and manage front office and clinical team members
* Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
* Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate financial records
* Process and follow up on insurance claims in a timely manner
* Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment coordination and financial arrangements
* Monitor office performance, production goals, and patient retention
* Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience
* Maintain compliance with office policies, HIPAA regulations, and operational procedures
* Assist with onboarding and training new team members
* Collaborate with doctors to improve office systems, communication, and growth initiatives
* Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of dental office management experience required
* Must be familiar with Open Dental software
* Comfortable processing insurance claims and managing insurance follow-up
* Experience managing accounts receivable required
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
