Part Time Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Duluth, GAWe are seeking a dependable, patient-focused dental assistant to join our small private dental practice. Our office has been serving the community for about 21 years and features modern technology and state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, professional setting. This is a full-time opportunity in a general, single-doctor practice that works with PPO and private patients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental office and a strong willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks as needed. We prefer someone who is cross-trained, though it is not required. Some training will be provided for the right candidate. A high school education or equivalent is expected.
Daily responsibilities may include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, supporting patient comfort, and helping maintain smooth office flow. The office provides a safe work environment with on-site parking, a 1-hour lunch break daily, and extensive PPE and safety measures, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, plexiglass barriers, air purifiers, an Electrolux water system, UV disinfectant wands, and windows in each operatory.
