Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant, family-oriented dental office. With over 20 years of dedicated service in our community, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive and tailored dental care that meets the diverse needs of our patients, ranging from toddlers to seniors. Our approach is rooted in understanding and meeting our patients where they are—without high-pressure sales tactics.

In this part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the dental health and overall experience of our patients. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills in patient education, quality care, and modern dental technology will shine. You will see one patient at a time and spend approximately one hour with each, allowing you to build strong relationships and deliver personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling using both manual and ultrasonic instruments.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings, gingivitis assessments, and periodontal evaluations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options tailored to their specific needs.
- Administer fluoride treatments and local anesthesia as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not manditory
- Competence in digital X-rays, iTero, and using intraoral cameras.
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care and education.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $65 to $70, along with a one-hour lunch break at noon. Our office features free street parking for your convenience.
