Full Time Dental Hygienist (3+ year exp required) - Private Practice

Led by Dr. Levy Do, our team is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel like family. We're searching for a skilled hygienist who is not only fast and efficient but also passionate about connecting with people and making a positive impact on their health and lives.

What You'll Do: As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier preventative and periodontal care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Performing dental cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling and root planing, and applying fluoride and sealants.
* Capturing high-quality digital radiographs and assisting with our advanced CBCT unit for diagnostics and treatment planning.
* Educating patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized home care.
* Carefully documenting patient care and treatment plans using our dental software.
* Working alongside Dr. Do and our assistants to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
* Building lasting relationships with our patients, making them feel comfortable and valued at every visit.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
** Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a dental hygienist.
Licensure & Certifications:
** Must hold a current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Texas.
** Nitrous Oxide (N2O) certification is required.
** Laser certification is a plus, but not required.

Skills:
** You are fast, efficient, and have excellent time management skills without sacrificing quality of care.
** You are highly proficient with computers, including typing and using dental practice management software.
** You have experience with modern dental technology, including digital x-ray systems. Experience with CBCT is a significant advantage.
** You possess outstanding communication skills and a naturally friendly and compassionate demeanor.

We are a privately owned, single doctor office. Right now, I'm looking for a temp/part-time Dental Hygienist with potentials to add more days as we grow. The right candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, loves to learn, and has the right attitude.

Our current practice software is Eaglesoft with Schick Digital Sensors and a Nomad Pro. We're nearly paperless.
