in Longmont, with a commitment to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment.
We are seeking a skilled Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our team at
Crossroads Dental. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests receive top-notch
care while assisting our dental professionals with various procedures. Your contributions will
help us maintain our reputation for excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Assist dentist during procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and materials.
Ensure a sterile environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control
protocols.
Maintain guest records accurately while complying with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft for scheduling and patient management.
Educate guests on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices.
Support front office team members with receptionist duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant is preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures.
Familiarity with dental software (Eaglesoft) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
