Experienced Dental Assistant

LOCATION

Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking a skilled, experienced dental assistant to join our busy, high-level practice. This is NOT an entry-level position, and we do NOT have time to train. Candidates must be confident, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment without constant direction.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- 3–5 years of dental assisting experience
- Proficient in diagnostic X-rays
- Strong understanding of dental terminology & tooth anatomy
- Ability to anticipate the doctor and stay one step ahead

Experience with:
- Impressions & temporaries
- Crown and restorative procedures
Surgical assistance
- Digital scanning (iTero / TRIOS preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A true team player who understands workflow and patient flow
- Someone who can step in and perform at a high level from day one
- Professional, reliable, and focused

POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-Time & in-person
- $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Busy, multi-provider practice with a strong clinical pace
