We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of two years of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assisting our orthodontists with a variety of treatments, including braces, clear aligners, and teeth whitening. In this position, you will interact closely with patients, ensuring they receive a warm, welcoming experience from their first consultation through to the completion of their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontists during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience.
- Educate and instruct patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Utilize the latest technology and techniques to support patient care.
- Foster positive relationships with patients and their families, encouraging open communication and trust.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients.
- A teachable attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and practices.
