We are looking for an experienced, personable, and highly organized **Treatment Coordinator** who can confidently guide patients from diagnosis to scheduled treatment.

What You'll Do

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping patients understand their recommended treatment, financial options, and next steps while supporting strong case acceptance and a productive doctor schedule.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review and present doctor-recommended treatment plans to patients.
- Clearly explain treatment recommendations, sequencing, estimated costs, and next steps.
- Help patients understand their dental insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket responsibility.
- Discuss payment options and financial arrangements professionally and confidently.
- Schedule accepted treatment according to the doctor's recommended treatment plan.
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment discussions and patient communication.
- Monitor outstanding treatment plans and consistently follow up with patients.
- Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations and supporting documentation when needed.
- Work closely with the doctor, clinical team, and front office to create a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with keeping the doctor's schedule productive by identifying and scheduling outstanding treatment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Follow established office systems and procedures.

What We're Looking For

- **Dental treatment coordination or dental front office experience preferred.**
- Experience with **Dentrix** is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance.
- Ability to understand and confidently present comprehensive treatment plans.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial responsibilities with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow up consistently without allowing treatment plans to fall through the cracks.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
