FT DENTAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR GENERAL/COSMETIC OFFICE IN MANSFIELD TX

We are looking for a full-time dental assistant to join our amazing team at Sandi Hamm DDS Family and Cosmetic Dentistry!

Dr. Sandi Hamm has been practicing in DFW for over 30 years and is a well-known cosmetic dentist. We are a patient-centered dental office that prides ourselves on our relationships with our long-term patients.

We are willing to train the right person for this job, but we prefer if you are familiar with:
Dentrix
Itero scanning
Placing Invisalign attachments
Fabricating and seating temporary crowns
Dental photography with SLR cameras
Packing and removing retraction cord
Performing in-house whitening procedures

Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide excellent patient service
Ensure all necessary documents, paperwork, and chart notes are updated and completed
Managing scheduling of patients and providing an outstanding patient experience
Prepare and organize tools, treatment room, and lab
Support the provider during clinical procedures
Open to coaching, learning and management support
Excellent communication skills
Sound-decision making skills
Ability to multi-task and take initiative and complete tasks
Strong attention to detail
Capture quality x-ray images
Discussing treatment options, importance and follow up recommended care
Creating positive and uplifting patient environments by patient engagement before, during and after visits
